There’s so much more to selling real estate than facilitating paperwork. As your realtor, my goal is to present your home so that it attracts the greatest number of potential buyers. This is a skill in which I take great pride. I have developed this skill from my many years of real estate investing, property management and practicing real estate in the cities of Brentwood, Franklin and Nashville.
For my clients selling their home, the process begins with an evaluation of your property. After the assessment, I will come up with a plan. I will bring life back to a vacant property. In an occupied property, I will team with my client to create an atmosphere that appeals to all who view the property online and in-person.
For my clients buying a home, I will focus on understanding your needs and wants. For my clients looking to purchase in a specific neighborhood, I have been very successful sending mailers that result in their purchase of off-market properties. For listings that we visit, I can spot opportunity and potential. I treat every transaction as if it were my own.
